SVG Mascot is a tool for creating brand mascots and characters for apps, websites and products. This policy describes what you may not create or attempt to create with it. It is part of our Terms of Service. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask us at [email protected] before you generate it.
Prohibited content
You may not use SVG Mascot to generate, request or attempt to generate:
- Sexual or sexually suggestive content of any kind, including nudity, erotic or fetish content, and "NSFW", "18+" or "uncensored" material.
- Any content that sexualises minors or depicts minors in a harmful way. We report such attempts to the relevant authorities.
- Real people's likeness — images of identifiable real people, deepfakes, face swaps or face manipulation, or content that impersonates a person.
- Violent, gory or shocking content, or content that promotes or glorifies violence, self-harm, terrorism or violent extremism.
- Hateful or harassing content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or similar characteristics.
- Illegal content, or content that promotes illegal activity, weapons, drugs or regulated goods.
- Infringing content — copies of existing copyrighted characters, logos or trademarks you do not have the right to use.
- Deceptive content intended to defraud, mislead or spread disinformation, including fake official documents or brand impersonation.
Prohibited behaviour
- Trying to get around our content moderation, for example by rephrasing, encoding or splitting a prompt that was rejected.
- Automated or bulk access other than through the product, scraping, or attempts to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
- Sharing accounts, reselling access to the service, or using someone else's account or payment details.
How we enforce this policy
Every prompt is automatically screened before anything is generated. Prompts that conflict with this policy are rejected and no credits are used. We may also review generations and account activity. If you break this policy we may remove content, suspend or close your account without refund of unused credits or subscription fees, and report illegal content to the authorities.
SVG Mascot is an independent product built on third-party AI image models. Those providers' own usage policies also apply to content generated through them.
